This silver cored handmade glass bead was made by local artist Leslie Cifielli. Her experiment in Silver Core construction led me to experiment with this cold connection hand forged sterling necklace. My goal was to develop a piece that was a contradiction of organic and natural opposed with industrial and mechanical.
